Lee Woods – Owner, New Business/Sales Manager
Lee Woods has been a state certified general contractor serving Central Florida for more than 30 years. Since establishing Lee Woods Construction in 1995 as a residential and commercial contracting firm, his meticulous work and attention to detail gained him 1st Place Winner, Grand Best Score and Realtors Choice Award in the Lake-Sumter Home Builder’s Association Parade of Homes. The Company was also voted Top Commercial Builder in Lake Sumter Style Magazine’s Best of the Best Hot List.
Born in Dade City, Florida, Woods was raised in Leesburg and attended Leesburg High School. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, golf, and softball. He is the father of two grown children, Katie and Brent. Lee is very active in the community, serving on multiple boards and charities.

Brian Williams – Owner, Installation Manager
Brian Williams has a 25-plus year background in construction management. He is a hands-on project manager and understands all aspects of residential and commercial construction from the ground up.
Williams is a US Navy veteran. He excelled quickly in rank and security clearance and completed his education on the GI bill, thus allowing him to return to his construction roots. Throughout his career, he has overseen and completed large residential projects including multi-family townhomes, multi-community single family homes, in addition to site development, infrastructure and roads. Williams has been recognized by the industry earning several awards including The Golden Nail, KB Home Best Community and KBNXT Bowl MVP.
Born and raised in Lake and Sumter County, Brian is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, boating and hunting. He serves his community by coaching football and training young athletes. Most recently, he serves as the Defensive Coach for Wildwood High School. Brian is married to his lovely wife Amy of 20 years and they have two children, Sydney and Noah.

Kimberly Maddox – Owner, Managing Operator
Kim Maddox is a retired Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience. She has worked at both the Leesburg and The Villages hospitals over the past 3 decades, as well as Moffitt Cancer Center. Kim understands the importance of clean water and the role it plays in your health and healing journey.
After retiring from nursing, Kim joined the family construction business as a project manager, for both residential and commercial projects. Kim has a great understanding of what it takes to bring a customer’s vision to reality.
Kim is also a native of Lake and Sumter County. She loves the outdoors, boating, fishing, gardening and reading. Kim and her husband Byron live in Sumter County and have two grown children, Olivia and Jacob. Kim is active in the community, serving and volunteering.
